All types of systems (Orsy, Refillo, OrsyMat, Kanban) bring sustainability and long-term growth . Analyses have shown time and again that the systems provide the easiest methods to cope with competition.
Würth India has also realized the importance of such systems and will introduce Kanban, Orsy and Refillo System just like Würth China and provide them to customers in the near future.
Heiko Onnen (Vice President of Würth Line China) and Michael Johansen (Head of Systems Department, Würth Line China) held a Kick-off and Training Week regarding the division of systems at the invitation of Würth Company India, EVP Rainer Buerkert and Markus Dichtl. A total of more than 150 employees were trained in the past five days in three different metropolises, and the backgrounds and strategic orientation of the systems were explained. The benefits that can be achieved with the systems were explained to all executives from top management to Area Manager in a very enthusiastic and interactive conference. The first Orsy System with three shelf towers was deployed at a customer’s premises in the first week after launch.
Würth China was selected as role model for Würth India due to their significant similarities. The System Department of Würth China is very professionally established and provides the best service for salespersons within China. More than 28 new customers of System products can therefore be served since the beginning of September. Many thanks to all salesperson colleagues for such a splendid start!
