WÜRTH GUANGZHOU CUSTOMERS COMMUNICATION CONFERENCE DREW SUCCESSFUL CONCLUSION

On 2nd, Nov. customer communication conference was held in Guangzhou for the first time. Customers of Metal and Auto were invited to join in the conference. Mr. Heiko Onnen, VP of Marketing, Sales Controlling, Systems and Mr. Tonny Tong, VP of Crafts delivered opening speeches, followed by speeches of customer representatives. Afterwards, colleagues formed three teams, showing customers around. Customers got to know E-shop one-stop service, Orsy system solutions and visited the product display area. Clients experienced corporate culture of Würth and gained the understanding of our future projects. In the conference, we prepared Wechat lucy draw activities, which was very popular among clients. All clients received a surprising gift from Würth at the end. The conference ended on a high note. The belief that “We are the employees of our customers” should not only be remembered but also be put into practice.
