Würth China Signs Exclusive Strategic Partnership Agreement with Longxinda Auto Parts Chain

On November 11, 2020, Würth (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Würth China") and Longxinda (Xiamen) Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Longxinda Auto Parts Chain") held the signing ceremony of exclusive strategic cooperation partner in Longxinda Auto Parts Chain headquarters in Xia‘men, Fujian Province. Both sides will actively give full play of their respective advantages in the automotive aftermarket and establish a long-term strategic cooperation relationship, jointly expand brand image and end customer base, in a bid to achieve resource sharing, mutual benefits and win-win outcomes.

Mr. Cliff Wang, Vice President of Würth China-Sales, and Lin Yuan, General Manager of Longxinda Auto Parts Chain, jointly signed the exclusive strategic partnership agreement. The two sides will share resources. Würth Group provides its complete product lines and German car-care service as well as its operation practices. Longxinda Auto Parts Chain combines more than 20 years of chain operation experience and practical operation resources to jointly empower and accelerate the development of both sides.

Starting from November 2020, Longxinda Auto Parts Chain will become Würth China's exclusive auto aftermarket dealer partner in Fujian. Longxinda Auto Parts Chain will give full play to its strong influence in Fujian, and work together with Würth China to provide high-quality products, customized services and innovative solutions for independent auto repair stores and middle and high-end car owners.
