Würth China Signs Exclusive Strategic Partnership Agreement with Yi Ming You Pei

On December 2, 2020, Würth (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as " Würth China ") and Wuhan Yi Ming Wei Ye Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yi Ming You Pei") held a signing ceremony of exclusive strategic partners at Automechanika Shanghai. Based on mutual trust, the two sides have established a long-term relationship of strategic cooperation, and will jointly enhance brand awareness and end customer base in Hubei Province.

Mr. Ralf Kircher, CEO of Würth China, Mr. Cliff Wang, Vice President of Würth China-Sales, and Mr. Li Chaoyang, Chairman of Yi Ming You Pei, signed the exclusive strategic partnership agreement. The two sides will share resources. Würth will provide complete product lines and German car-care service as well as its operational rules, while Yi Ming You Pei shares its refined management mode of car-care stores and sound system of distribution and service. By empowering each other, the two sides are to realize win-win outcome and accelerate mutual development.

From December 2020, Yi Ming You Pei will be Würth China's exclusive partner in Hubei auto aftermarket. Yi Ming You Pei will work with Würth China to accelerate the construction of Würth Car-Care Store, help the stores to solve operational difficulties, and provide high-quality products, customized services and innovative solutions for car owners.
